Spotify has started sending out a series of emails telling users who receive it that they have found abnormal activity on their account.

This email is being received by users with an account of Spotify Premium fraudulentand that they pay nothing for it, so if you are not in the bag you don't have to worry.

If you receive the email and do the right thing, you will still be able to enjoy your Spotify account as normal, although you will see ads if you decide not to pay. But if you decide to ignore it and do not uninstall the fraudulent APK, you may be banned from using your account again.. We are not quite sure how this ban will work or if it will be for life.
