Instagram now allows you to post to multiple accounts at the same time.
Instagram is adding the ability to let you post a post to multiple accounts at the same time, a company spokesperson confirmed to TechCrunch .
The feature will be available to all iOS users, but it is not known if it will come to Android.
When the "self-regulation" option is available to you, it will appear when you are about to share a new publication.
Below the options for tagging people and marking their location, there should be "Post to other accounts", which will allow you to toggle where else you would like to publish the post.
This could be a time saver for many people who manage multiple commercial accounts, make partnerships or acquisitions with other accounts, or run multiple photo centers.
It is also popular to have more than one personal account, so this could be useful outside the business environment.
In the past, there were rumors that Instagram tested scheduling other accounts to a user's main feed, but the company ultimately said it was not building or testing this.
However, last year it introduced the ability to re-share in Stories , which allowed people to regram other users' crowdsourced posts to your Story.
Instagram is also testing an Android shortcut for importing photos from Google Photos.
"You've been able to share to feed Google Photos on Android before," a company representative told TechCrunch ,
"but the ability to do that was hidden behind a couple of different steps, so we're improving that capability to make it easier."
