New Samsung Galaxy S10 leaks point to big changes for smartphones in 2019, with a new full-screen display and a "hole-punching" front-facing camera embedded in the top right corner of the screen.

Update: The official date of the launch event of the Samsung Galaxy S10 is February 20, ahead of MWC 2019 and backing up rumors that the phones could launch earlier. 

The event will be held in San Francisco. In addition, the S10 Lite could be launched as the Samsung Galaxy S10 E, and the 5G Galaxy S10 could have a huge battery.

The rumored Galaxy S10 is shaping up to be a more significant upgrade compared to last year's relatively incremental upgrade of the Galaxy S8 y Galaxy S9 .

You will easily be able to tell the difference between this year's phone and last year's phone if all the leaks so far turn out to be true.

Current Samsung Galaxy S10 rumors suggest that a phone with a larger display could have a camera hole instead of a notch, potentially allowing Samsung to eliminate all bezels.

In addition to reducing the top bezel by moving to an in-display hole camera, the new phone can boast an in-display fingerprint scanner.

The chipset Snapdragon 855 of the phone (expected at least in the U.S. variant) supports ultrasonic fingerprint sensor technology. It also supports more cameras, with rumors suggesting between three and six.

See confirms that the launch date for the Samsung Galaxy S10 will be Wednesday, February 20, which means we will see the smartphone before the  MWC 2019 which will take place from February 25 to 28.

Samsung itself has revealed the date, along with the time and location: the Galaxy S10 will be unveiled at 11 am local time (2 pm Eastern time, 7:00 p.m. GMT) at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco.

We have heard that date rumored earlier, so it's not a complete surprise, although some other rumors propose different dates. Of course, that's just when the S10 will be announced, as it might not go on sale for another week or two.

When it lands, EE is likely to sell it in the U.K., since the network already allows you to register for receive updates on the phone. That said, we would expect almost all networks to offer the S10.

When the S10 goes on sale, it will surely cost a lot, at least for the high-end models, although the most basic version could be quite reasonable (if still expensive).

A price rumor puts the Galaxy S10 Lite model at $ 650- $ 750 (approx. £500- £585 / AU $ 900-AU $ 1,040), whereas another rumor has a price increase for the Samsung Galaxy S10 to £799, which will likely hover around $ 779 AU $ 1,400) for the 128GB variant and £999 for 512GB of storage.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 is unlikely to arrive alone, with a trio of phones tipped to launch at the company's upcoming Unpacked event.

While we have become accustomed to seeing a pair of Samsung flagships launched together every year since the Galaxy S6 in 2015, this time all Galaxy S10 leaks point to three or more phones.

Here's the standard Samsung Galaxy S10 detailed here, along with the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus and a new Galaxy S10 Lite entry: a smaller, lower-resolution, and likely lower-powered phone at a more affordable price point. A recent rumor suggests that the S10 Lite could actually land as the Galaxy S10 E .

But wait, we might even get a fourth Galaxy S10 cell phone, since the rumors from a 5G variant of big screen have also begun to emerge.

The first image of the alleged image of Samsung Galaxy arrived as we ring in 2019, and it shows a wider display across all screens, one that shifts the top bezel in favor of a small front-facing camera embedded in the upper right side of the display.

This is Samsung's answer to the notch, and you can expect the company to come up with a clever name for this black hole interrupting its Infinity display.

This leak coincides with the case representations above that include parts of the phone. You can see them below and you'll notice that there is a cutout in the upper left corner of the screen for a single lens camera, while the back has three cameras. That back appears to be glass and the frame is likely metal.

You can also see it alongside the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite (which has a similar design) and the S10 Plus, which adds additional cameras.
