How to reset from factory the device from the operating system

The first thing to do to reset the device is to go to the Settings menu. On most newer cell phones, you can do this by dragging down

the notifications panel and tap the small gear icon in the upper right corner.

In the Settings menu, scroll down until you find the ?backup copy? click on this option to continue.

Select the option ?Factory data reset? to enter the reset menu.
You will see a warning here to let you know that this process will erase all data in the phone's internal storage.

Click on the ?Reset phoneYou will be prompted to enter your security PIN, password or pattern if one of these is enabled.

It will show you a last notification to warn you that all your data will be deleted. Press the ?Delete all? to complete the process.

The phone will restart immediately, and the ?erase? animation will be displayed. After a short period, the phone will reboot one last time and ask you to go through the setup process.
