To get more people involved in Android problems, this Definitive List update will focus on apps that intentionally distort, destroy, decimate, alter, alter, crunch and otherwise pulverize images into pieces.  

Glitch art is a kind of strange movement. It uses visual artifacts, bugs or other analogous errors, otherwise considered unwanted, and turns them into an aesthetic, an embellishment that gives the image a special look. Whether it's for the nostalgic effect these images can have on those of us who remember the VHS era, or simply because they unlock a new, mostly unexplored frontier of creativity and expression, unintended effects are certainly here to stay, despite the fact that they are a bit of a niche art form at the moment.
